Episode 23 - Energetic Frequencies in Healing - Part 1
The invisible electricity that lights the light bulbs in your house has a powerful effect. It is helpful by providing the energy needed to operated your home, but can be deadly if you stick your finger in a light socket. Qi -- the invisible energy in the body -- has a similar effect.
Qi in Traditional Chinese Medicine is the energy that beats your heart, grows your hair and heals your body. When you cultivate certain frequencies of this energy through Qi Gong practice to enter a peaceful state Qi has a profound effect on your body's ability to heal itself. Cultivating or dwelling in negative energy also has a profound effect on the body leading to disease and potentially death. What energetic frequencies are you cultivating in your body?
In the Qi Gong Hospitals in China Qi Gong Medical Practiconers work with patients to raise the frequency of their Qi through specific, focused movmement and meditation practices. Practices that bring alignment between the body, mind, heart and soul. We use this same technology in our online classes and Qi Breaks online platform to RAISE your energetic frequencies.
When we practice Qi Gong, more advanced practicioners intuitively understand this concepts because you can actually FEEL the frequency of positive and negative energies in the body. Qi Gong -- with its roots in Taoism -- requires positive and negative energies to be in balance. We can't have all positive all the time because the light bulb, so to speak, won't light. Qi Gong works with three bodies -- emotional, mental and physical -- to balance Qi and achieve the right frequencies to open up the energetic pathways (a.k.a. meridians) and connect with the vast energetic fields that surround us coming in from the Earth and the rest of the Universe.
It's this connection that catapults our spiritual being into connection and harmony with each other and the rest of the beings -- seen and unseen -- that surround us to help us. Our higher energetic frequency, Guardian Angels, so to speak.
We'll go into much more detail in this week's Qi Talk - enjoy!
