In this week's Qi Talk we continue our discussion about tips for how to manage your energy during the Winter, specifically focusing on diet. Diet is so important because the food you put into your body generates specific energetic (a.k.a. Qi) reactions and generation leading to different conditions. For example, eating lots of refined sugar causes your Qi to be depleted while eating pears (especially as a pear soup) causes your Lung Qi to be strengthened.
